Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face visits with a minimum of 12 contacts daily and effective engagement with A/B level customers.
Strong territory planning and regional management abilities to develop, implement, and regularly update the defined regional plan and customer information.
Solid pharmaceutical product knowledge with the ability to deliver product knowledge sessions and support product development plans, including passing periodic examinations as part of performance evaluation.
Financial and administrative proficiency to prepare market activity budgets, obtain approvals from the regional manager, and submit expenses with timely reporting.
Requirements:
Conduct daily field visits with at least 12 effective face-to-face contacts, ensure proper coverage for A/B level customers, and perform VIP visits to hospital leaders on a monthly basis.
Organize and lead weekly product introduction meetings to enhance clinicians' understanding of products and maintain ongoing product knowledge training.
Develop and execute monthly territory plans aligned with company targets, track progress weekly, and regularly update hospital department information to expand business within the region.
Manage financial and product development activities by preparing monthly marketing budgets, obtaining approvals, executing approved activities, and submitting expense documentation within three weeks.
