This role will be based in India remotely and be able to travel to onsite outside of India upon the client’s requests and project situations. We are looking for a potential candidate who can lead the workstream at the client's side as well as large projects in the near future.

We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Consultant to work on world's largest global S4HANA transformation  program. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing IT solutions that support client's global Quality Management processes.
This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA (QM module) and integration with other systems (BRH, LIMS, QMS etc). The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and Development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

What you will be doing:

• Solution Design & Implementation:
  • Work with business partners and product owners to understand, analyze, and document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Design and configure solutions within the relevant applications to meet business needs, following client's architecture and design principles.
  • Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation
• Agile Collaboration:
  • Participate actively in all SAFe ceremonies
  • Collaborate with other members of the ART to deliver high-quality increments.
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and story estimation.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Quality Management, providing guidance and recommendations to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Stay current with new features, best practices, and industry trends
  • Provide expert support for incident resolution and problem management.
• Compliance & Validation:
  • Ensure all solutions and processes are designed and implemented in compliance with GxP regulations, internal quality standards, and data integrity requirements.
  • Contribute to validation and qualification activities, including the creation and execution of test scripts.

• Proven experience as an IT Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Deep functional and configuration knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
  • SAP S/4HANA: Strong expertise in the Quality Management (QM) module is essential. Experience with integration with other modules like Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) is also required. QM integration with LE-IDW is a plus.
  • LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems): In-depth knowledge of integration with LIMS, including sample management, test result recording, stability studies, and instrument integration.
  • BRH (SAP Batch Release Hub): experience with BRH is a plus
• Integration Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts and technologies used to connect SAP with other systems (such as BRH, LIMS, QMS, RIMS).
  • Experienced with developing functional specifications for integrations.
• Experience working in a regulated, GxP-compliant environment and with Computer Systems Validation (CSV)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional, and culturally diverse team.​
