🎯 Your mission:

  • Platform Management: Manage and optimize day-to-day operations on Zalando (zDirect) and Otto (Partner Connect), including inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions.

  • Listing Excellence: Oversee product creation and listing optimization, ensuring all data is accurate, SEO-friendly, and aligned with the specific requirements of Zalando and Otto.

  • Account Health: Monitor and maintain account health and performance metrics, ensuring full compliance with platform policies and resolving any operational issues.

  • Content & Marketing: Create and manage high-quality brand content to enhance product visibility and improve customer engagement and conversion rates on both marketplaces.

  • Case Management: Handle communication and support cases with Zalando and Otto partner support to resolve technical or fulfillment issues efficiently.

  • Marketplace Trends: Maintain a strong understanding of the European e-commerce landscape, specifically focusing on Zalando’s and Otto’s algorithm changes, category trends, and best practices.

  • Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee storage and fulfillment processes (Partner Program / Connected Retail), monitoring inbound shipments, restocking, and inventory performance.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance and Buy Box competition, implementing data-driven strategies to increase sales and market share.
