Growth Marketing Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and ABM with a track record of generating pipeline
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, and reporting
  • Ability to design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation to speed up marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable partnering with paid media agencies and sales, with a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset

Requirements:

  • Execute and optimize full-funnel marketing programs, including ABM campaigns, to generate pipeline from government customers, in collaboration with a paid agency
  • Build and maintain AI-powered automations and workflows that connect marketing to sales, owning CRM, reporting, and sales enablement
  • Manage and optimize channels and assets (ads, webinars, lead magnets), including lead scoring and nurturing programs
  • Own marketing tech stack, data pipelines, dashboards, and performance measurement to drive fast, data-informed decision-making

The role
We're hiring a growth marketing specialist to help build the engine behind Go Vocal's next growth chapter. You'll work across the full funnel — from running ABM campaigns that bring governments to our door, to building the automations and workflows that turn interest into pipeline. This is a hands-on, high-learning role. You'll run demand gen alongside our paid agency, build AI-powered workflows that make the whole team faster, and own the systems that connect marketing to sales. You'll touch: ads, webinars, lead magnets, CRM, reporting, and sales enablement — and you'll have real ownership from day one.
