Requirements:

  • Lead Agile ceremonies with discipline and drive prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery tracking.
  • Manage dependencies, blockers, and ensure clear scope and definition of ready; align ownership across teams.
  • Standardize backlogs, workflows, templates, and operating models; reduce WIP and prevent overcommitment.
  • Provide visibility through metrics and risk escalation; leverage AI tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot) to optimize execution.

Our Client is a leading global management consulting firm. Enterprises across finance, media, technology, and public sectors rely on its platforms and services.

🧩 Project Description:

Part of a company-wide data delivery initiative. Focus on building and maintaining data pipelines integrating multiple internal systems (task management, code repositories, cloud infrastructure, IT service tools).

Goal: enable leadership insights aligned with strategy and support teams in identifying users and measuring AI-driven productivity.

⚙️ Project Phase: Ongoing

👨‍💻Project Team: 1 PM collaborating with 2 business stakeholders

🤝 Soft Skills:

• High execution rigor (focus on outcomes)

• Strong bias for action, hands-on approach

• Ability to bring clarity in ambiguity

• Direct communication, challenges stakeholders

• Active use of AI tools for efficiency

💡 Hard Skills / Must Have:

• Managing delivery across multiple teams in data/platform environments

• Understanding of data pipelines and dependencies

• Validating scope, sequencing, and completeness of data work

• Stabilizing execution in unstructured organizations

• Backlog, sprint, and delivery management

• Enforcing operating models across teams

📌 Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Lead Agile ceremonies with discipline

• Ensure prioritization, capacity alignment, delivery tracking

• Monitor commitments vs delivery, resolve gaps

• Reduce WIP, prevent overcommitment

• Standardize backlogs and workflows

• Ensure clear scope and “definition of ready”

• Manage dependencies, identify blockers, drive resolution

• Align teams where ownership/scope unclear

• Implement unified ways of working, templates, standards

• Eliminate inefficiencies and ad hoc processes

• Provide visibility, metrics, and risk escalation

• Use AI tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot) to optimize execution
