Network Operations Leader - NOT REMOTE - See Description for Locations

We are seeking a Network Operations Leader to oversee the global design, performance, and reliability of enterprise network infrastructure across corporate, regional, and manufacturing environments. This role leads network engineering and operations teams, manages MSPs, and ensures secure, scalable connectivity across WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud, and plant networks.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead global network operations (WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewalls, cloud)
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across all sites
• Manage network engineering teams and third-party providers
• Drive network strategy, modernization, and lifecycle management
• Oversee incident response, capacity planning, and performance optimization
• Ensure compliance with SOX, NIST, CMMC, DFARS, and ITAR/EAR
• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and OT teams

Qualifications:

• 12+ years in network engineering/operations, with leadership experience
• Strong background in enterprise and cloud networking (Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN, AWS/Azure)
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments preferred
• Knowledge of network security, Zero Trust, and compliance frameworks
• Proven experience managing MSPs and global network environments
