Investment Operations Senior Associate

Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:

  • Perform reviews of treasury transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Review and approve money movements, validating instructions and supporting documentation
  • Monitor daily cash activity and reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
  • Review cash balances and liquidity to support upcoming transactions
  • Assist in maintaining and enforcing treasury controls
  • Conduct periodic quality control checks and process reviews
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate cash activity
  • Identify process gaps and support improvements and automation
  • Maintain clear procedures and documentation (SOPs)
  • Review junior team members’ work for accuracy and consistency
  • Support internal and external audits 
  Our requirements for you as an applicant are simple:
  • 3-5 years of experience in treasury, investment operations, or fund administration
  • Experience reviewing and approving cash transactions
  • Strong understanding of cash management and capital activity workflows
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies independently
  • Experience reviewing or guiding others’ work preferred
  • Be a team player with a persistent work ethic
  • Be exceptional in your organizational, written, and communication skills
  • Have an impeccable attention to detail
  • Be exemplary in prioritization and multi-tasking in a high-volume, high-speed environment
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Salesforce helpful, but not required

  • Base salary commensurate with experience and success: The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $85,000
  • Quarterly bonus that offers unlimited potential growth - 1/3rd of our profits (no matter how much) are shared with our team in bonuses each quarter

We are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in-person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations. Our clients also ask us to provide on-site support from time-to-time. In the interview process, we can outline expectations about what, if any, in-person training or support time is expected to be required for this role.
