Summary

Reporting to VP, Marketing Services, the Expert Engagement Manager leads the strategy and execution of ExpertVoice’s product sampling campaigns, brand communities and other expert engagement initiatives that may arise. These programs allow brands to put products in the hands of credible experts, generate authentic reviews, insights and create powerful word-of-mouth that drives purchase decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, brand strategy, and insights. You will oversee the successful delivery of engagement campaigns while identifying ways to expand their value — increasing revenue, improving operational efficiency, and surfacing insights that help brands (and ExpertVoice) win in the market.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing Services, Product, Marketing and Brand Partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly and continuously evolve to create greater impact.

Key Responsibilities

The majority of the Expert Engagement Manager’s time will be spent leading product sampling campaigns and brand communities. This position will also support the broader revenue team throughout the sales cycle for these services to increase adoption. This individual will also be vested in continually improving the process, the pool of experts and quantity and quality of the outputs. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the successful delivery of ExpertVoice product sampling campaigns from kickoff through recap while maintaining clear visibility and communicating status of active campaigns.
• Translate expert feedback and campaign data into meaningful insights for brands and internal teams.
• Ensure communities remain active, relevant, and valuable for participating experts and brand partners.
• Support account teams during the sales process by advising on campaign design, feasibility, pricing, and best practices.
• Expand pool of qualified and engaged experts to increase quality outputs (review content, video, photos, social posts, etc)
• Identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and support scaling campaigns.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation of campaign processes, best practices, and brand needs in partnership with the PM team.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience in program management, experiential marketing, community programs, or product sampling.
• Experience working directly with brand or marketing teams.
• Strong operational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and execution skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate feedback and data into meaningful insights.
• Systems thinker who can identify opportunities to improve processes and scale programs, including use of AI.

The approximate compensation range for this role is a base of $70,000 to $80,000 (annually). Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
