About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP EH&S Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and Environmental Health & Safety modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of regulatory compliance, logistics processes, and integration with core SAP modules.

This role involves working across implementation, support, and enhancement projects while ensuring compliance with global environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

·         SAP EH&S Functional Expertise

·         Work extensively on SAP EH&S modules including:

Industrial Hygiene & Safety, Occupational Health, Waste Management

Product Safety, Hazardous Substance Management

·         Handle regulatory content updates (2010, 2104, 2204, 2210, 2304)

·         SAP S/4 HANA & Tools

·         Implement and support solutions in SAP S/4 HANA (1809, 1909)

·         Work with Fiori Apps and SAP EHSM versions (3.0, 4.0, 6.0)

·         Utilize tools such as SAP Solution Manager, ServiceNow, and Certido

·         Compliance & Regulatory Management

·         Ensure compliance with global standards including:

·         SAP REACh Compliance (CfP 1.1, SPRC 2.0), SAP Environmental Compliance 3.0

·         Global Label Management (GLM – EHP6, EHP7, EHP8), Implementation & Methodologies

     ·         Participate in full lifecycle implementations using:

ASAP Methodology,SAP Activate Methodology,RUN SAP Methodology

Reporting & Documentation

·         Develop and manage reports using:

WWI Templates,SAP Business Objects,Adobe Forms,Integration

·         Integrate SAP EH&S with other SAP modules:

MM, PM, WM,FI, SD, CO, HR,Document Management System (DMS)

Classification System,Additional Modules Exposure

·         Work with or support related SAP modules:

SAP REA,SAP PLM – PPM, SVT,SAP Recipe Management,SAP CRM,SAP Audit Management

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         6–8 years of experience in SAP EH&S consulting

·         Strong experience in SAP S/4 HANA (1809/1909)

·         Hands-on experience in SAP EHSM (3.0 / 4.0 / 6.0)

·         Expertise in regulatory compliance and logistics processes

·         Strong knowledge of reporting tools (WWI, BO, Adobe Forms)

·         Experience in SAP integrations across multiple modules

·         Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow and Solution Manager

·         Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
