TVOJA MISIA

Zabezpečiť hladký a rýchly proces riešenia reklamácií pre segment SMB zákazníkov
Aktívne prichádzať s nápadmi ako zlepšovať procesy a zákaznícku skúsenosť
Viesť tím, dohliadať na kvalitu a produktivitu práce
Organizovať mesačné „pokecy“ s tímom a motivovať a posúvať tím ďalej.
Spravovať štatistiky a reporty – dáta sú náš kompas
Udržiavať ISO štandardy a hľadať nové spôsoby, ako veci robiť ešte lepšie

MZDOVÉ PODMIENKY

Od 2300 € brutto + ročný bonus (Výsledná ponuka sa odvíja od tvojich skúseností, kvalifikácie a jazykových znalostí.)
