Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical trial management experience.
MS/MA/PhD or BA/BS/Nursing degree is essential.
Prior senior-level experience within Study Start-Up (preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; able to multi-task under limited direction and on own initiative.

Requirements:

Regional/Country/Study level implementation of Start-up and Site Activation Plans.
Responsible for country/study level recruitment strategy.
Support the development of study-level plans and coordinate with the local team, internal stakeholders, and CRO partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of plans.
Manage and oversee study and/or country vendor management, including follow-up and coordination of vendor deliverables.

Parexel are currently recruiting for an experienced Local/Country focused Study Operations Manager in France.

In this role, the Country Study Operations Manager will be responsible for study and country level activities from start up through conduct and study close. The Country Study Operations Manager has responsibility for study management aspects of assigned studies, including vendor and budget management.

This will be a fully remote home-based position.

Responsible to support the development of study level plans
Communication with the local team and internal stakeholders and CRO partner as applicable and as listed above to ensure efficient and timely study delivery of the agreed plans
Responsible for study and/or country vendor management and oversight including follow up and coordination of vendor deliverables
The Country Study Operational Manager will be able to work independently and exercise their own judgement.
