  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client requests, technical matters, and new business inquiries in predefined accounts
  • Manage listed accounts with a focus on revenue retention and participate in client-facing revenue-generating projects to accelerate revenue and billing; assist with legal inquiries (contracts updates, NDAs)
  • Negotiate commercial terms in Master Services Agreements and Service Orders; coordinate with sales management, legal, and logistics; establish client communication schedules for the North America team

Overview

Job Title: Senior Sales Account Manager, Financial Markets

Job Overview:
This role will be crucial to the success of the high growth TNS Financial Markets Division. The Account Manager, Financial Markets will support the Sales Organization reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, Financial Markets. The applicant must have a strong work ethic and be flexible and agile with the ability to manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously. In addition, the applicant must be willing to participate in client facing conversations and support the sales team with on-going account program management and commercial tasks. The Account Manager will need to support the management of accounts with the Head of Sales as well provide leads for the North America Sales Team with existing accounts and new prospects.

  • Program Management and Commercial Responsibilities 
  • Support sales team in strategic deals for new and existing clients
  • Create client success programs for key accounts and assist sales members
  • Support sales activity to help win new business and facilitate a smooth handover to the operations team
  • Assist in closing opportunities with existing accounts and fostering relationships of high-profile accounts within the Financial Markets Division
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client requests, technical matters, and new business inquiries in a pre-defined set of accounts

Account Management 

  • Assist in the account management of listed accounts within the team
  • Focus on revenue retention 
  • Direct involvement in client facing revenue generating projects to recognize revenue and billing as quickly as possible
  • Assist with client’s legal inquiries (including contracts updates, name changes, NDAs, etc.)
  • Establish specific schedules for client communication and enabling sales for the North America Team
  •  Work with sales management, legal and logistics to negotiate commercial terms in Master Services Agreements and Service Orders.
  • For this role, we anticipate paying $115,000k - $125,000K. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.   • Education: Bachelor’s Degree-Preferred

  • Previous Experience: 3-5 years in a manage service provider role or sales experience

  • No experience required in the Financial Markets space but a bonus to have experience in hardware, colocation, or telecoms connectivity 

  • Candidate must have good communications skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast- paced environment

  • SalesForce & Excel Experience a bonus
