You will join the Company Insights & Connections (CIC) squad for a world-leading job marketplace platform. This team is responsible for the Employer Brand Marketplace, a high-traffic ecosystem where millions of job seekers research company values, reviews, and culture.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will have end-to-end ownership of features that enhance employer branding tools and company pages. You will tackle technical challenges related to SEO optimization, high-scale User-Generated Content (UGC), and performance engineering, ensuring a seamless experience for both global employers and candidates.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership: Scope, estimate, and execute complex technical projects from initial ideation to production deployment with high professional autonomy.
Full-Stack Development: Ship production-quality, high-performance code across the stack, focusing on sophisticated user interfaces and robust backend services.
SEO & Marketing Initiatives: Build and optimize features for company pages to improve search engine visibility, Core Web Vitals, and user acquisition.
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a primary technical partner to Product Managers and Engineering Leads, translating business requirements into scalable code and proactively managing technical trade-offs.
Technical Decision Making: Navigate ambiguous requirements and make independent choices between speed of delivery and long-term code scalability.
