• Role: After-Hours & Weekend Intake Coordinator
• Location/Type: Remote • LATAM
• Pay: $7–11/hr (1099 contractor)
• Schedule: 40 hrs/week • Nights + weekends

You take inbound calls. You guide clients. You close signed cases. Clear goals. High call volume. Real impact.

What you’ll do

• Answer inbound calls from new and current clients
• Run full intake and secure signed representation agreements
• Handle 30–40 calls per shift (weekends)
• Follow up leads who didn’t sign on first call
• Log messages in case system for current clients
• Route out-of-scope cases to partner firms
• Call back missed calls fast (no dropped leads)

Must-haves

• Fluent Spanish and English
• Proven closing ability (sales or intake)
• Comfortable with high call volume and fast pace
• Available nights and weekends (fixed schedule)
• Reliable internet and own laptop
• Okay with activity tracking software

Nice to have

• Law firm intake experience
• Personal injury experience
• Call center + quota-driven background
