Take Command is a start-up on a mission to improve the healthcare system, starting with health insurance. Pragmatically speaking, we help employers reimburse employees for individual insurance instead of offering a traditional one-size-fits-all group plan. We're hiring an IT Support Specialist who will serve as the frontline of technical assistance across the organization. This role provides timely, customer-focused support for hardware, software, network, and account-related issues. The ideal person is a natural problem-solver who communicates clearly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed through technology.
Our IT team keeps the organization running behind the scenes -- from the tools people use every day to the infrastructure that powers our operations. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you'll be the bridge between people and technology, working closely with employees across every department to ensure they can do their best work without interruption.
