What will you do?

As a sales manager at i-PRO, your primary focus will be to develop sales through system integrators within your assigned country or geographic area across the Nordics. This role focuses primarily on developing system integrators with a focus on demand creation. You will have the responsibility of identifying prospective systems integrators. The ideal candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by qualifying prospects, managing the sales process, and closing new business. You will work closely with your colleagues to refine your target list, develop new leads, and bring value to our channel partners.

 

Key Responsibilities of the role

  • Drive demand by creating a plan to achieve or exceed targets

  • Qualify prospects and develop new opportunities to add to the pipeline

  • Coordinate with internal resources such as Sales Engineers and other Sales Managers to create new opportunities and close business

  • Develop strategic relationships with external partners as a source of lead generation

  • Be meticulous with Salesforce and other pipeline management tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting

  • Participating on behalf of the company in industry events

  • Be able to deliver the i-PRO value proposition for our full suite of products and perform compelling software demonstrations that lead the prospect to take the next step
