  • Lead 1:1 video coaching sessions and monitor progress

Job description

Cerchiamo Personal Trainer online per lezioni individuali su Letuelezioni. Non serve esperienza pregressa: contano motivazione, affidabilità e passione. Flessibilità totale e lavoro da remoto.

Cosa farai

  • Valutazione iniziale (obiettivi, livello, eventuali limitazioni).

  • Programmazione di allenamenti personalizzati (forza, HIIT, tonificazione, dimagrimento, posturale).

  • Conduzione di lezioni 1:1 in videochiamata e monitoraggio dei progressi.

  • Feedback puntuali e adattamento del piano in base ai risultati.

Requisiti

  • Non è richiesta esperienza precedente come Personal Trainer.

  • Ottime doti comunicative e motivazionali.

  • Affidabilità/puntualità; PC o smartphone con webcam/microfono e buona connessione.

  • (Plus facoltativo) Certificazioni o esperienza sportiva.
