Job Summary:
The position will be responsible for directly managing liability and complex litigation losses and delivering accurate, efficient results with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The right candidate will have experience in all aspects of liability claim files.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversees 3rd party liability claims
Oversees litigation of cases
Examines, reviews and negotiates 3rd party claims settlements
Investigates coverage, liability and damages
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience handling 3rd party property claim files with related experience in coverage investigation and assessment, assessment and evaluation of liability relating damages
Strong communication and presentation skills
A strong technical skill set with overall residential liability claims handling to include demonstrated experience in the following areas:
Complex coverage investigation and assessment
Assessment and evaluation of liability related settlement values
Assessment and management of complex litigation
Assessment and strong working knowledge of ISO forms DP3, H03, H06, H04
Assessment and management of habitability claims
Successfully acquire and/or maintain California adjusters license within 90 days of employment
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelors' degree in a related field
California adjusters license
Experience with direct handling of fraud investigation
Residential workers compensation (W/C)
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Salary: Starting at $100,000 annually. Candidate's skills, experience and abilities will be taken into consideration for final offer
