  • Prepare and submit complete files for processing and underwriting, including structuring under contract and ensuring disclosures are signed and updated documents are received

Job description

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Loan Partner II to support Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) and/or Branch Managers in delivering an efficient and high-quality loan process. This role is responsible for managing file quality, documentation flow, and submission readiness to ensure fast turn times and clean files through underwriting.

The LP2 operates strictly within compliance guidelines and may not:

  • Take a loan application
  • Assist a consumer in completing a loan application
  • Negotiate or offer loan terms
  • Represent themselves as authorized to perform any of the above

Key Responsibilities

File Quality Control & Workflow Execution

The LP2 is responsible for maintaining strict turnaround times and ensuring all files meet submission-ready quality standards.

Pre-Submission QC & File Review

  • Conduct a comprehensive pre-submission QC review, including:
    • Income documentation review and organization
    • Asset documentation review and validation
    • Identification of missing, inconsistent, or red-flag items

Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Turn Times

  • Application Setup (LOA Support):
    • Ensure file is fully set up within 3 hours of application submission
  • Document Intake & Indexing:
    • Index all borrower-submitted documents within 3 hours of receipt
    • Issue updated Needs List / status communication to borrower within the same timeframe
  • File Ready for LO Review:
    • Once all required documentation is received, prepare and submit file to LO for review within 3 hours
  • Platinum Preapproval Submission:
    • Submit complete file to Underwriting for Platinum Preapproval review same business day
  • File Structuring (Under Contract):
    • Fully review and structure file within 2 hours of receipt of contract
  • Submission to Processing / Opening:
    • Submit file to Processing within 2 hours of:
      • Disclosures being signed and
      • All required updated documentation being received
