  • Lead end-to-end implementation of complex Marketing Cloud solutions, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Content Builder, and architect integrations with Salesforce CRM and external systems via APIs and middleware
  • Design robust data models and segmentation strategies for advanced personalization while ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance
  • Establish governance frameworks, coding standards, and mentor Marketing Cloud developers and administrators

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Cloud Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role is critical in shaping our digital engagement strategy, ensuring seamless integration across platforms, and delivering personalized, data-driven experiences at scale.

What You'll Do
  • Strategic Architecture
  • o Define and own the Marketing Cloud architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • o Partner with Marketing, Product, and Technology leaders to translate strategic goals into technical solutions.
  • Solution Delivery
  • o Lead end-to-end implementation of complex Marketing Cloud solutions, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Content Builder.
  • o Architect integrations between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and external systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Data Strategy
  • Design robust data models and segmentation strategies for advanced personalization.
  • o Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Innovation & Optimization
  • o Introduce best practices for deliverability, dynamic content, and campaign automation.
  • o Drive continuous improvement through analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Leadership
  • o Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for Marketing Cloud developers and administrators.
  • o Establish governance frameworks and coding standards.

  • 7+ years in digital marketing technology, with at least 5 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Technical Skills

  • Certifications
