We are looking for a sharp, tinkerer-at-heart GTM Engineer to build and own the revenue systems powering Sprinto’s go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success — translating business problems into automated, AI-native workflows that scale output without adding headcount.
You will partner closely with Revenue Operations, SDRs, AEs, Growth, and CX teams to build scalable systems across the full revenue lifecycle — from first touch to renewal. This is not a support role; you will own the GTM tech stack end-to-end and proactively identify and close gaps across the revenue funnel.
1. GTM Systems & Tech Stack Ownership
Own and optimise the GTM stack across CRM (HubSpot), enrichment, sequencing, dialers, intent, enablement, and CPQ tools
Evaluate new tools and drive build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions
Ensure clean integrations, reliable data flows, and eliminate redundant fields, broken syncs, and zombie workflows
2. Automation & AI Workflow Engineering
Design end-to-end automated workflows across the GTM lifecycle (lead → enrichment → routing → sequencing → handoff → renewal)
Build agentic AI workflows that trigger next-best actions across Sales, CX, and Marketing
Architect multi-step, AI-assisted automations using tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, and APIs to eliminate manual work
3. Data Infrastructure, CRM Hygiene & Analytics
Own CRM integrity as the single source of truth (field standards, lifecycle mapping, deduplication, ownership rules)
Build automated pipelines for enrichment, scoring, routing, and ensure strong data governance across GTM
Develop dashboards and analyse funnel metrics (conversion, velocity, churn, attribution) to surface insights and support forecasting
4. Cross-Functional Systems & Execution
Act as the technical bridge between RevOps and GTM teams, translating business needs into scalable systems
Run discovery sessions to identify workflow gaps and convert them into automation solutions
Document workflows, integrations, and logic in a shared runbook to ensure scalability and continuity
Experience: 3–5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, MarkOps, or Sales Ops with a strong technical orientation
GTM Stack: Hands-on experience with HubSpot (mandatory); familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Tooling Depth: Experience across enrichment (Clay mandatory, Apollo, ZoomInfo), sequencing (Outreach, Instantly, Smartlead), automation (Make, n8n, Zapier), intent data (G2, Bombora, Factors.ai), and BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Sheets)
AI Workflows: Proven experience building agentic or AI-powered workflows (prompt-chained, tool-integrated, autonomous systems)
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (JavaScript/Python); strong SQL for analysis and reporting
Mindset: High curiosity about AI (projects, experiments, builds), strong attention to detail, and low tolerance for poor data quality
Communication: Strong written skills with ability to document workflows and collaborate cross-functionally
Ownership: Self-starter who identifies problems, builds solutions, and ships without waiting for perfect specs
