The Role We’re seeking a senior-level Digital Product Designer (Visual Focus) to create high-quality, scalable interfaces for modern web applications. This is a design-first role for someone with strong visual instincts, a systems mindset, and a focus on polished execution across UI, design systems, and production-ready outputs.
Location: Remote. Eastern or Central Time Zones preferred.
What You’ll Do
Design high-quality interfaces across web applications, from wireframes through high-fidelity prototypes on high-impact, cross-industry projects
Translate business needs into intuitive, visually strong user experiences
Build and maintain design systems in Figma, including components, variables, and design tokens
Use AI tools to explore concepts, generate variations, and accelerate design workflows
Produce developer-ready designs and partner closely with engineers on implementation
Lead workshops and present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audience
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in UI, product, or visual design
Strong Figma skills, including components and design systems
Proven visual design ability across wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Experience using AI tools to support design workflows and concept exploration
Strong communication skills, including leading workshops and presenting ideas clearly
Understanding of design systems, design tokens, and front-end collaboration
Preferred skills include exposure to design tokenization, component handoff to development, and AI-related certifications in design or UX
