Process and execute clients’ crypto requests, including fiat-to-crypto conversions and delivery to the dedicated wallet/account, in collaboration with compliance, reconciliation, and payment execution teams
Implement and manage processes of cryptocurrency transactions on behalf of related parties within the company
Maintain accurate records by ensuring timely data entry into record-keeping tools and maintaining precise records for effective financial management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (compliance, legal, security) to monitor transactions, assess risks, and stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and industry trends

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Processing and execution of clients’ crypto requests, including funds conversion from fiat to crypto and execution to the dedicated wallet/account in collaboration with compliance, reconciliation and payment execution teams;
Implement and manage processes of cryptocurrency transactions on behalf of the related parties within the company;
Close communication and use with crypto liquidity providers, crypto exchanges and trading platforms;
Currency risk mitigation via hedging instruments and platforms;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and security, to conduct in-depth investigations;
Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into associated record-keeping tools, maintaining precise records for effective financial management;
Ensure required liquidity levels are met on the daily basis in cross-team collaboration;
Provide recommendations for mitigating risks and improving transaction monitoring processes;
Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends related to crypto transaction monitoring;
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Proven experience in crypto transaction execution or a similar role within the financial or cryptocurrency industry;
In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and various cryptocurrencies (would be an advantage);
Familiarity with AML and KYC regulations and best practices (would be an advantage);
Analytical and investigative skills, with high attention to detail;
Excellent time management skills;
High sense of personal accountability;
Fluent in English and Russian.
