  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Excel; strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new tools quickly

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills plus strong data entry/typing abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with requesters and client advocates to achieve satisfactory client scores

Requirements:

  • Build and strengthen key requester and client relationships; communicate clearly, promptly, and escalate issues as needed
  • Gather, document, and collect fees for bulk requests across multi-channel platforms; perform inventory analysis to drive operations and update statuses for near real-time visibility
  • Generate and distribute reports to internal teams, external clients, and requesters; monitor inventory status and turnaround times; provide weekly updates on unresolved inventory
  • Ensure timely responses and workload prioritization; support client advocates to achieve satisfactory client scores and reduce inbound inquiries through proactive outbound communications

Type of Role: FULL-TIME
 
 Duties include but are not limited to:
 
Duties:

  • Strengthens the advancement of key requester and client relationships
  • Responsible for gathering, documenting, and collecting fees for all bulk requests received in multi-channel platforms.
  • Performs inventory analysis to drive operations. 
  • Generates and distributes reports to internal teams, external clients, and requesters. 
  • Updates on statuses for inventory, aiming for near real-time communication. 
  • Weekly communication regarding unresolved inventory, specifically items lacking complete information. 
  • Monitors and reports on the turnaround time (TAT) for all communications. 
  • Communicates messages clearly, promptly, and concisely to clients and requesters
  • Raises issues and promotes priorities in workloads 
  • Reports to the Requester Account Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career)
  • Fast learner with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to work under time constraints.
  • Focused on team character pillars: prepared, honest, teacher/learner
  • Typing- Data Entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Measurables:

  • Focuses on a 24 HR response time to incoming requests and statuses
  • Build relationships with assigned requesters to achieve satisfactory service and precise workflows
  • Supports client advocates to achieve satisfactory client scores
  • Reduces inbound inquiries by providing outbound proactive communications.
