Manage the critical path between clinical needs and technical execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and budgets
Maintain formal project reporting and RAID logs to support governance and decision-making
Coordinate remote delivery and stakeholder engagement for a large-scale healthcare IT program, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and schedules

Job description

This is a remote position.

Project Description:

Our client is moving away from fragmented, standalone hospital systems toward a single, unified Clinical Information Solution (CIS). This is a massive, multi-year provincial program focused on standardizing clinical practices and integrating "Ancillary Systems" (Laboratory, Pharmacy, Diagnostic Imaging, etc.) into one ecosystem.

As a Project Manager (Technology Stream), you will be responsible for the technical readiness of these systems, managing the critical path between clinical needs and technical execution.

Mandatory Requirements

Education: Degree in IT or a Health-related discipline.
Core Experience: Expertise in Project Management leading large, cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
Healthcare IT Expertise: Specifically managing HIS/CIS or Hospital Ancillary Systems (Lab, Pharmacy, etc.).
Project Controls: Experience in creating formal project reports and maintaining RAID logs.
Specialized Training: Must have formal training in Dynamic Forecast Scheduling (specifically for healthcare/CIS environments).
