Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
Solid SQL skills, including query optimization and debugging
Experience in ETL design, data mapping, and data transformation
Familiarity with Talend ETL tools and Actimize UDM, including data models, mapping, and integration

Requirements:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS (mandatory)
Support and enhance existing ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions
Optimize and troubleshoot ETL jobs, addressing data quality and performance issues

Matrix IFS is seeking an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in SSIS and a solid understanding of data integration best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, optimizing, and maintaining ETL pipelines, with additional exposure to Talend considered a plus. Experience with Actimize UDM and AML frameworks is highly advantageous.

ETL Developer (SSIS – Mandatory / Talend – Nice to Have)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS (mandatory).
Support and enhance existing ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
Optimize and troubleshoot ETL jobs, addressing data quality and performance issues.
Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and compliance teams as needed.
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
Solid SQL skills, including query optimization and debugging.
Experience in ETL design, data mapping, and data transformation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Talend ETL tools (nice to have).
Experience with Actimize UDM, including data models, mapping, and integration.
Background in AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes, compliance systems, or financial crime technology.
Exposure to financial services, banking, or regulatory environments.
