SAP Solution Architect – Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process to join our global transformation program. This role will be pivotal in designing and implementing a state-of-the-art SAP S/4HANA architecture that supports end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring seamless integration with related systems and driving digitalization across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Develop and maintain the SAP S/4HANA solution architecture for O2C processes, including Sales, Billing, Credit Management, and Integration with CRM and external platforms.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and integration strategies (e.g., PLM, CAD, Salesforce).

Implementation & Integration:

• Lead greenfield fit-to-standard implementations for O2C in SAP S/4HANA.

• Design and manage integration with SAP Cloud solutions and third-party systems using APIs, Microservices, and SAP Integration Suite.

Governance & Standards:

• Define technological principles and architecture strategies for SAP O2C landscape.

• Introduce modern patterns such as DevOps and CI/CD for SAP environments.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), SMEs, and implementation partners to ensure process consistency.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to internal teams on SAP best practices.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare detailed design documents, test cases, and training materials.

• Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP architecture with a focus on O2C processes.

• Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD, Billing, Credit Management, and integration with CRM systems.

• Familiarity with agile delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications in S/4HANA and/or O2C modules.

• Experience with SAP Cloud solutions and hybrid architectures.

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and performance KPIs for O2C processes.
