Requirements:

  • Drive full-cycle management recruitment to source and hire top talent while upholding company standards; manage high-volume recruiting across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to proactively build strong teams by identifying internal promotions, planned attrition, and transfers.
  • Develop short- and long-range recruiting strategies to meet expansion plans, including college recruiting, job boards, networking, referrals, and recruitment advertising.
  • Create and monitor activities that enhance employment branding, including advertising collateral, website content, and postings.

The Regional Talent Acquisition Partner is a smart, optimistic, and detail-oriented management recruiter. This is a hands-on, high-volume, full cycle recruiting role supporting our West Coast region (Pacific time zone), requiring the ability to effectively source, attract, recruit, and hire talent for team member and management positions throughout the Shake Shack Organization with a primary focus on restaurant operations.


Candidates located in the West Coast region are strongly preferred to ensure alignment with business hours, regional support needs, and partnership with local operations leaders.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drives management recruitment efforts to source and hire top talent while ensuring our company standards are being upheld with every hire. Manages high-volume recruiting needs across multiple locations, balancing speed, quality, and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Management Planning: Works with the Hiring Managers to proactively build strong teams by identifying internal management promotions, managers on planned attrition and transfers.
  • Strategic Talent Recruitment: Develops a short and long range recruiting strategy to proactively address our aggressive expansion plans that target college recruiting opportunities, job boards, industry networking strategies, referral programs, websites, recruitment advertising on social media channels and professional recruiting agencies.
  • Tools and Collateral: Participates in creating and monitoring activities that impact employment branding awareness (employment advertising, collateral, website and posting content).

Related Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the QSR, Restaurant, Hospitality or related industry
  • Experience conducting searches for positions from entry to executive level
  • Proven track record of meeting monthly hiring targets working as a remote recruiter

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative work style and ability to solicit help from other departments to get results
  • Analytical thinker who can conceptualize and analyze both business problems and solutions
  • Ability (and desire) to work in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Applicant Tracking System Proficiency: Workday preferred

Education or Certificate Details

  • Preferred degree in Human Resources, Business, or Related Field

Pay Range - $78,318.00 - $129,888.00 *The salary paid to a successful applicant will depend on the applicant’s experience, qualifications, business needs and resources, and the candidate’s location.
