As a Marketing Activation Lead, your objective will be to lead the implementation of marketing programs in the Italian market in order to support the achievement of the set targets for volume, revenue, and market share. You will have the opportunity to interact with various teams at a local and international level in a stimulating, multicultural environment.
This position is a hybrid office/remote role. It will be mostly remote, with requirements to attend meetings and marketing events in the Milan office and region.
What you will deliver:
Handling the marketing budget
Identifying markets, segments, and key channels for marketing offer activation
Identifying essential touchpoints in order to design customer loyalty programs toward the brand
Defining the annual marketing plan for the designated channels
Implementing the marketing offer based on the defined customer targets and/or designated channels
Monitoring the progress of marketing activities by tracking critical metrics and sharing results with the organization
Managing the local product portfolio
Collaborating with agencies and strategic partners for the planning of marketing programs
Interacting with key commercial partners in the market in collaboration with sales managers
Ensuring execution of activities in line with company quality standards and its Code of Conduct
What you will need to be successful:
Degree in Marketing or related fields
Italian language proficiency at a native level
Excellent command of the English language
Proven professional experience in marketing/sales — preferably in structured (multinational) environments
Excellent relational and communication skills
Project management skills and ability to interact with various professional roles (both locally and internationally)
Strong analytical skills and performance management capabilities
Background in the B2B sector / Experience in Trade or Customer Marketing Management considered a plus
Experience in the activation of digital offers considered a plus
