Requirements:

  • Develop specification sales in South East England for Carrier HVAC equipment, including chillers and heat pumps.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow sales of finished goods and related services.
  • Grow Carrier business by pursuing ME contractor distributor routes and specification through consultants, main contractors, and end-user clients.
  • Maintain regular customer contact, travel as required, and perform reporting/administration in collaboration with direct sales teams to increase market share in the region.

Role: HVAC Sales Engineer

Location: London / South East

Contract type: Full time, permanent

Carrier now has an opportunity for a Sales Engineer based ideally in London / South East. You will form part of our Applied sales team and the main goal of this role is to develop new business and grow sales.

What will I be doing as a Sales Engineer?

  • Develop specification sales in South East England for the Carrier range of HVAC equipment including Chillers and Heat Pumps.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and grow the sales of finished goods as well as related services.

  • Grow the Carrier business by implementing a strategy to gain sales through the M&E contractor & Distributor route and specification through the consultant, main Contractors, and end user clients.

  • Ensuring regular customer contact, travel will be required.

  • Reporting & administration

  • Work in conjunction with the current direct sales teams to gain market share and presence within the allocated sales region.

Requirements

  • Experience of managing your own time and customers, setting targets and monitoring progress.

  • Strong communication skills

  • UK Driving Licence

  • IT Literate with MS Office skills
