• Sie sind fachlich & disziplinarisch verantwortlich für die Führung eines köpfigen, regionalen Vertriebsteams im Außendienst mit dem Fokus auf Milwaukee Endkunden
• Ihre Planung, Steuerung und Ihr Vertriebscontrolling sichern das Erreichen von Umsatz- & Vertriebszielen ab
• Sie entwickeln Ihr Team durch Neueinstellungen, Coaching, Feedback und regelmäßige Entwicklungsgespräche gezielt weiter
• Im Sparring mit Milwaukee Endkunden sowie Elektrowerkzeugfachhändlern treten Sie seriös und verbindlich auf
• Sie nutzen unser CRM und unsere Kommunikationstools effektiv, sodass Sie passgenaue Reportings & Forecasts sowohl erhalten als auch einreichen können
• Als Schnittstelle sind Sie intern exzellent vernetzt und binden essentielle Stakeholder proaktiv in Prozesse ein

• Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft abgeschlossen oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, die eine gleichwertige Qualifikation nahelegt
• Sie haben nachweislich mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Vertrieb sowie Erfahrung in der fachlichen & disziplinarischen Führung eines größeren Vertriebsteams
• Mit vertrieblichen Kennzahlen, Reports und CRM-Systemen gehen Sie sicher um
• Ihr strukturierter Arbeitsstil ist von hoher Motivation, Lösungsorientierung und Entscheidungsstärke geprägt
• Ihre Sprachkenntnisse auf Deutsch sind auf C2-Niveau; Ihre Englischkenntnisse sind mindestens auf B2-Niveau
• Ihr Wohnsitz liegt in der angegebenen Vertriebsregion und Sie sind bereit zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen (Führerschein Klasse B essenziell)
