YOUR JOB:
As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will own the performance and optimization of our paid advertising campaigns, directly contributing to patient enrollment across clinical trials.
This is not a set-and-forget role. You’ll continuously analyze, optimize, and refine campaigns to drive measurable results.
You’ll primarily work within Meta (Facebook/Instagram), while also leveraging other platforms such as Google, TikTok, Craigslist, or programmatic channels where relevant.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Tech, and Recruitment to ensure campaigns are aligned with study goals and continuously improving performance.
