Job description

We are hiring an experienced Oracle R2R Functional Consultant with strong ERP implementation experience. The role involves end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Financials (Fusion/EBS) with a focus on Record-to-Report processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementations (2–3 cycles mandatory)
  • Configure and manage Oracle R2R modules (GL, SLA, FA, Cash Management)
  • Design Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, Accounting Rules & Workflows
  • Drive month-end & year-end close processes
  • Work on financial reporting (OTBI / BI Publisher / SmartView)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (P2P, O2C, Tax, Projects)
  • Support UAT, SIT, Go-Live & Hypercare phases
  • Ensure compliance with audit, SOX & accounting standards

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP – R2R modules
  • Hands-on experience in ERP Implementation (minimum 2–3 projects)
  • Strong knowledge of GL, SLA, FA, Intercompany Accounting
  • Experience in month-end close, reconciliations & financial reporting
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion (preferred) or EBS
  • Understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity environments
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

  • Oracle Fusion Certification
  • Experience with EPM / FCCS / ARCS
  • Basic SQL knowledge

  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire (3–6 Months)
  • Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
  • Interview Timing: 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST
