This role is remote but it is highly preferred that candidates reside in the following states: Illinois, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Texas

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our sales team, specializing in delivering innovative software solutions to golf courses. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation through closing—while building strong relationships with course operators, managers, and decision-makers. 

​The Account Executive will position our platform as the premier solution for streamlining club operations, enhancing member experiences, and driving revenue growth. Success in this role requires a balance of consultative selling, industry knowledge, and a passion for helping golf facilities adopt technology that elevates their business.​ 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities with golf courses, country clubs, and resorts. 
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to each course’s needs. 
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including proposals, negotiations, and contract execution. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including general managers, golf professionals, and club owners. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts in CRM. 
  • Stay current on golf industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technology.​ 
  • Represent the Golf Vertical at trade shows and events. 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud-based tools, and software integrations. 
  • Ability to explain technical features in simple, value-driven terms for non-technical audiences. 
  • Familiarity with golf course operations (tee sheet management, POS, membership systems, events, etc.). 
  • Collaborative team player able to work with marketing, product, and support teams. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven success in B2B software sales or technology sales (experience in golf, sports, or hospitality industry a plus). 
  • Passion for golf. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to travel up to 25% in territory to meet with prospective clients and attend industry events.
