Position Summary

Leads the design and implementation of automated payroll and attendance systems, collaborating with HR, IT, and payroll teams across multiple regions. Ensures system compliance with pay policies and government regulations while overseeing testing and auditing phases to ensure accuracy.

Job Description

Prepares, documents, distributes and reconciles payroll accurately and timely every cycle. Reviews the computation of pay and associated deductions for accuracy. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of government legislation affecting payroll; understands and follows applicable provisions. May prepare or oversee required tax filings and other reporting. Responds to and resolves inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting. Ensures payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly.



Typically, an Associate Degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of related experience.

Expected Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is

$72,800.00 - $91,000.00.



Please note this represents the expected range. Ultra Maritime considers multiple factors when determining final compensation, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, a candidate’s relevant experience and education, certifications and training, as well as current business and market conditions.
