Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000.
Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and the policy guidelines.

Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.

Descriptive Statement(s)
New Business Development: Proactively source and secure new commercial business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and direct prospecting. Identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, and drive deals from initial contact through close.
Executive Strategy & Reporting: Recommend winning strategies and tactics to executive leadership, including presentations, meetings, and client visits. Develop and implement regional and national sales budgets in collaboration with finance and executive leadership. Establish and manage revenue targets across regional markets.
Sales Strategy & Target Execution: Develop and execute regional sales strategies designed to achieve or exceed aggressive growth targets. Leverage market intelligence, data analysis, and competitive insights to guide territory planning.
Industry & Market Engagement: Represent Towne Park at conferences, trade shows, and local business events to increase brand awareness and create new lead channels.
Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline within Salesforce. Accurately forecast revenue, track progress against KPIs, and ensure data integrity across the sales process.
Operational Alignment & CRM Leadership: Develop relationships for engaging external consultants, operators, and property managers. Drive CRM adoption and ensure accurate opportunity registration and pipeline visibility. Facilitate continuous improvement of the sales process and performance metrics. Oversee monthly reporting of key meetings, discussions and correspondence.
Proposal & Financial Modeling: Partner with the Proposal Development and Finance teams to create compelling, data-driven proposals. Develop and present proformas, ROI analyses, and pricing structures to demonstrate client value.
Client Relationship Development: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with property owners, asset managers, and developers to generate new opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor through consultative selling.
Internal Collaboration: Communicate and consult with internal teams to coordinate marketing and sales activities. Assist in the performance of all aspects of sales contracts and collection of payments.
Education:
