What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles (backend, frontend, infrastructure, etc.)

  • Hands-on with sourcing and recruiting for backend roles

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and hiring strategies

  • Design and improve interview processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and strong signal

  • Develop and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve performance and decision-making

  • Mentor or guide other recruiters as the team grows



What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, some of them in high-growth or startup environments

  • Proven track record hiring software engineers (especially backend)

  • Strong sourcing skills

  • Ability to assess technical profiles and ask meaningful, signal-driven questions

  • High ownership and autonomy - proactive

  • Strong communication skills (clear, concise, and honest)

  • Advanced English
