  • Complete all configuration items assigned within the established SLA and perform follow-up communications to keep the project on track, while working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales to resolve issues
  • Monitor project progress, assign tasks within SLA when tasks are distributed across the team, deliver final project within SLA, and conduct final training with best practices for the customer

Overview:

SUMMARY 

 

The implementation consultant is charge of scoping and configuring assigned projects. It is in charge of client communication, training, and providing best practices to the customer on how to utilize the product.  They are in charge of managing timelines of the projects, cross functional work, and handle any escalations while the customer is in their implementation.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Manage assigned implementation projects for Vas Onboarding prioritized products.
  • Collect project requirements such as configuration documents, questionnaires, property list
  • Complete Kick off meeting with customers as needed.  This task goes over product summary, requirements, implementation timelines, and best practices.
  • Complete all configuration items assigned in the established SLA
  • Complete all follow up communication with the customer to keep project on track
  • Work cross functionally to resolve any issues with Customer success, Support, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Monitor project progress and update clients accordingly
  • If tasks for project completion are distributed across the team, the consultant is responsible for assigning those tasks within the established SLA and ensure that they are completed.
  • Deliver final project within the established SLA
  • Complete final training call and provide best practices to customer

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS 

 

Required:

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft 360 products

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

 

Required:

 

  • Strong Critical Thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of project management and CRM tools

The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Pay Range: USD $44,800.00 - USD $76,200.00 /Yr.
