    • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Deployment, Support and Finance to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

    • Own data hygiene, governance, and reporting accuracy across the platform.

    • Leverage Salesforce AI tools (e.g., Einstein AI, Agentforce) to automate administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency.

    Quality Assurance & Release Management

    • Lead QA efforts for all Salesforce changes, including new features, enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes.

    • Design and execute test plans, regression testing, and UAT processes to ensure high‑quality releases.

    • Document processes, test cases, and system changes to support long‑term scalability.

    • Enable internal teams through clear documentation, training materials, and release notes.

    • Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features, and QA methodologies.

    Cross‑Functional Partnership

    • Act as a trusted partner to revenue and operations leaders, balancing speed with quality.

    • Collaborate closely with developers, external partners, and system owners on integrations and complex initiatives.

    • Support incident resolution and root‑cause analysis for Salesforce‑related issues.
