Implementation Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide clients through software implementation projects and ensure successful system deployments. This remote position focuses on requirements gathering, system configuration, user training, and providing ongoing support to maximize client success.

What You'll Do

• Lead client implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations

• Configure software platforms based on client specifications and best practices

• Develop and deliver user training programs and create comprehensive documentation

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implementation phases

• Collaborate with development teams to address customization requirements

• Manage project timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders regularly

• Ensure successful data migration and system integration processes

• Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate feedback incorporation

• Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years experience in software implementation or technical consulting

• Strong understanding of business processes and system integration concepts

• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based software solutions

• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills

• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously

• Technical aptitude with ability to learn new software platforms quickly

• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

• Experience with data migration and system integration processes
