Job description

Position: Bookkeeper / Admin

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping activities including recording financial transactions, processing invoices, and performing bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain organized financial records and prepare accurate reports for management review.
  • Support administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Assist with payroll processing and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of financial operations and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing required financial documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Reliability and integrity in handling confidential financial information.
