Job description

Position: Property Administrator

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: US hours (9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end tenant onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is collected, complete, and accurate
  • Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and supporting documents in line with company standards
  • Accurately input and maintain tenant data across internal systems and platforms
  • Verify documentation for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams, property managers, and tenants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding documents or approvals
  • Maintain organized digital records and ensure proper document management practices
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information in a timely manner
  • Provide clear and professional communication with tenants and stakeholders throughout the onboarding process
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within onboarding workflows

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property administration, leasing, real estate operations, tenant onboarding, or conveyancing
  • Strong administrative and documentation management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and during U.S. business hours
  • Highly organized, reliable, and process-driven
  • Proficiency in using property management systems, CRM tools, and Google Workspace (or similar platforms)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
