Position Title: Senior Fullstack Developer
Location:Remote - LATAM
What you will be doing:
Software Engineer that will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our microservices based ecommerce platform using Spring Boot and React. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering best practices, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. The engineer will take ownership of features, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of professional experience in software development Strong experience with:
Microservices architectures
CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
Java and Spring Boot
React and modern frontend development
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Relational databases (RDBMS)
Exposure to Kafka, change data capture and data replication processes and tools
Strong experience designing and implementing
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with:
AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, copilots, AI SDKs)
Knowledge of:
Performance tuning, profiling, and optimization
Secure coding practices and modern security standards
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges
