We are currently seeking an Associate Owner Relations Agent to join our team working remotely in Canada.  This position will work Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT. 
  
 Performance Objectives 
  • Answer incoming oil and gas owner relations phone calls from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. CST, assisting callers with basic FAQs
  • Log owner inquiries into a case tracking system
  • Log detailed messages for inquiries that would need to be escalated to more experienced Owner Relations Agents
  • Listen to voicemails and log into a case tracking system.
  
Competitive Candidate Profile 
  • Proficient in navigating CRM tools, ticketing systems, or other platforms efficiently.
  • Accurately captures information and follows designated procedures. 
  • Articulates words clearly and professionally. 
  • Able to calm upset callers and manage tense conversations. 
  • Able to handle high call volumes  
  • Being consistently available during work hours 
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Applications
 
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit for long periods, work on a computer with repetitive motions and utilize devices typically found in an office environment.  
  • Able to safely lift up to 35 pounds at a time using safe lifting techniques. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with another person.  
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.  
  • Ability to work in a remote/work from home environment is required. 
  • Travel requirements: 0% or as required for company needs
