  • Bank Reconciliation Automation — Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI-powered tools (e.g., Dext, Xero, QuickBooks Online AI) to automate our bank reconciliation process end-to-end.
  • AI Software Evaluation — Research and shortlist best-in-class AI tools across LMS, CRM, ERP, accounting, and operations. Present a scored comparison with licensing costs and ROI estimates.
  • Dashboard Reporting — Build live management dashboards in Power BI (or equivalent) covering enrollment, revenue, attendance, and certification pass rates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

AI Training School | Karachi, Pakistan | Full-Time

Department Operations & Strategy

Reporting To School Director / COO

Location Karachi - Remote

Contract Type Full-Time Permanent

Experience 4 – 6 years preferred; exceptional fresh graduates considered

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Process Mapping — Document all operational workflows across finance, admin, student management, and HR. Identify bottlenecks and manual processes ripe for automation.

2. Bank Reconciliation Automation — Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI-powered tools (e.g., Dext, Xero, QuickBooks Online AI) to automate our bank reconciliation process end-to-end.

3. AI Software Evaluation — Research and shortlist best-in-class AI tools across LMS, CRM, ERP, accounting, and operations. Present a scored comparison with licensing costs and ROI estimates.

4. Dashboard & Reporting — Build live management dashboards in Power BI (or equivalent) covering enrollment, revenue, attendance, and certification pass rates.

5. Automation Implementation — Design and deploy workflow automations using tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) to reduce manual admin tasks.

6. Data Standards — Establish data collection, storage, naming, and reporting standards across all departments from Day 1.

7. Vendor Management — Evaluate software vendors, negotiate trial licenses, manage relationships, and present recommendations to management.

8. ROI Tracking — Measure and report the cost and time savings from each automation initiative quarterly.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Power BI or Tableau — advanced level (dashboard design, DAX formulas)

SQL — comfortable writing queries for data extraction and analysis

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — pivot tables, complex formulas, data modelling

Process mapping tools — Lucidchart, Visio, or similar

Working knowledge of AI and automation platforms

Strong written and spoken English — you'll be presenting to senior management

Minimum BS in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, MIS, or equivalent

NICE TO HAVE

Python or R for data analysis and scripting

Experience with accounting software: QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or SAP

Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo, Oracle, SAP)

Background in EdTech, training, or education management

Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) certification

Any Google, Tableau, or analytics certification

AI TOOLS YOU WILL EVALUATE (Day 1 Priorities)
