Key Responsibilities
  • Headhunting - Curate niche projects of talent to service multiple lines of business within a market.

  • Pipeline Generation - Develop, maintain, and explore business relationships with industry professionals.

  • Social Engagement – Explore alternative methods of developing brand equity within the human capital market.
  • Collaboration - Partner with the sales team to attend client meetings and influence the recruitment process.

  • 5+ year of recruiting experience at a fast-paced staffing agency
  • A proven track record of closing direct hire and contract placement deals within the Accounting & Finance space
  • A bachelor's degree  
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
