In this role, you’ll be the backbone of their CRM infrastructure, owning HubSpot end to end. You’ll build workflows, optimize pipelines, improve data accuracy, troubleshoot integrations, and create dashboards that give Sales, Marketing, and Finance full visibility. Salary Range:  Starts at $8/hr (PHP 80,000)

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary owner of HubSpot CRM — structure, configuration, architecture, and daily system management.
• Improve CRM performance by maintaining data integrity, cleaning records, optimizing properties, and conducting regular QA checks.
• Design and refine pipelines, lead scoring, ticketing systems, custom properties, and lifecycle logic.
• Build, optimize, and troubleshoot automations and workflows that support Sales, Marketing, and Finance processes.
• Manage integrations with tools like Zapier, QuickBooks, Fathom, OpenPhone, RevenueHero, and internal systems.
• Monitor sync errors, system bugs, and integration performance, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership — including funnel metrics, attribution, deal velocity, and revenue tracking.
• Perform data reconciliations between HubSpot and financial systems to ensure accuracy.
• Handle data imports, exports, migrations, and maintain documentation across all system processes.
• Train internal teams on CRM workflows and maintain an internal knowledge base.

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of CRM experience, including 3+ years hands-on with HubSpot.
• Strong background in CRM architecture, automation design, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, macros).
• Experience managing multi-system integrations (Zapier, APIs, finance tools, etc.).
• Deep understanding of sales and marketing automation, customer lifecycle workflows, and operational data.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits.
• Comfortable working CST hours and collaborating with remote teams.

Bonus Skills:

• HubSpot Certifications (Marketing, Sales, Ops, CRM Implementation)
• Experience integrating HubSpot with QuickBooks or financial platforms
• SQL, BI tools, or advanced reporting experience
• Ability to support fast-scaling SaaS environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Airtable, Monday.com, or similar platforms
