The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution for Microsoft Dynamics solutions. This role is critical in crafting compelling messaging, enabling sales teams, and driving customer success stories. What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and support go-to-market strategies for Microsoft Dynamics solutions and services
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates offerings; refine messaging based on market and audience insights
  • Enable the sales team with impactful collateral, playbooks, and training to improve conversion rates
  • Work closely with product, sales, and delivery teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs
  • Build and execute a customer engagement strategy to increase retention, advocacy, and upsell opportunities
  • Develop customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials to showcase value
  • Drive participation in customer communities, referrals, and events to strengthen brand loyalty
  • Create nurture campaigns and loyalty programs that enhance customer lifetime value
  • Drive awareness and lead generation through multi-channel marketing efforts, including digital, social, and email
  • Analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor insights to refine messaging and content; oversee channel performance and align to ROI goals
