Join our team at Terex/Genie and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Customer Operations Support to contribute to the Scheduling team.

As a Customer Operations Support at Genie, based in Oud Gastel (Roosendaal), you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our busy, multilingual, and international Operations and Customer Service Department within the mechanical equipment industry. Your main responsibilities will include handling the order management, processing orders, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely deliveries, all while delivering excellent customer service.

What you’ll do

• Order management by manually entering and updating orders in TMS system (Oracle)
• Providing operational support for any emerging administrative needs.
• Support with case management and checking on backlog (Salesforce)
• Order parts for machine reconfiguration
• Assist with basic planning tasks

What you’ll bring

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Disciplined, flexible/adaptive and willing
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem solving abilities
• “Hands on” mentality
• Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
• Highly competent with all PC applications
