Operations - Insurance OperationsThe Senior Underwriting Support Associate plays a critical role within Prudential’s Group Insurance underwriting organization, supporting the Stop Loss business. This position is responsible for coordinating the completion and communication of underwriting decisions and materials to Account Management for release to group policyholders. The role ensures underwriting renewals and proposals are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with contractual obligations and state regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will analyze reports and data, prepare underwriting files, and update underwriting systems to support effective risk assessment and decision‑making. You will also serve as a key operational partner to underwriters, account managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders, helping to streamline workflows, surface risk insights, and support continuous improvement initiatives across underwriting operations.
This position offers flexibility to work virtually, or in a hybrid capacity for candidates located near a Prudential office.
